Panoramic Hotel - Acapulco

We had a great time in a hotel located close to the beach, which was perfect for our family with kids. the staff were friendly and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the meals were wonderful, and the bar staff were friendly. the hotel had a fun party atmosphere, adding to the lively vacation experience. We also loved the fantastic view from our room on the top floor.

The city seemed a bit grungy and the beach/water was just okay.

During my Easter vacation, I appreciated the affordable price of the hotel and the wonderful meals that were served. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the location of the hotel which was conveniently situated near the main attractions and interesting places I visited.

The hotel lacked some important amenities that made my stay less than perfect. The elevator was often out of service and not properly maintained, which raised safety concerns.

Loved the friendly staff who went the extra mile to make our city break memorable. Location was fantastic with great transport links and plenty to do in the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with magnificent views over the city and the delicious local cuisine served in the restaurant.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and maintenance, which could be seen in certain areas. Some of the facilities were outdated and didn't work properly, which was a bit of a letdown.
